Hello Everybody,

So I am back in sunny England, if that even exists.

Paris was amazing because Grammy made sure that she walked my legs off last time I was there and made sure I saw everything possible, I could relax a little more this time. Aunty Maureen and I stayed in a hotel called the best western on the Champs-Elysees just a small walk from the Arc de Triomphe which is beautiful with napoleons version of ancient Roman architecture . The Arc de Triomphe honors French soldiers who have fought in wars particularly the Napoleonic Wars and it has the tomb of the unknown soldier and the eternal flame which was unbelievable to experience.

I Loved Paris it is so beautiful there but it was sad because homeless people were everywhere I gave money to one of them but there is just so many, It really made me see how lucky we are back in Australia.

On Saturday Aunty Maureen and I went to the Paris opera theatre after about an hour and a half I had to be pulled away, It is beautiful in its own right but I could help but walk around singing songs from Phantom of the Opera. I couldn’t stop myself thinking ‘That is the actual chandelier that the whole story is based around’ and we said “ You’ve seen the movie, you’ve seen the stage show and now here is the real thing” It was just mind blowing. After The Opera theatre we went to Notre Damn It was the second time I have been there but it still managed to take my breath away. I just cant believe how old it is. You cant help but feel so small in there. After a while we just sat down and took it all in. I cant believe that it is still a functioning Church.

On Saturday night we went to the Moulin Rouge and it was such a good night. It has everything for the whole family. Ponies and jugglers for the kids, art, culture and very pretty men for the women and naked ladies for the men, well not naked but as close as you can get while still having clothing on. It was so fun and we had really good people at our table. I think I spent the whole night in tears of laughter. Aunty Maureen freaked when the huge snakes came out, I don’t know why she has seen it before but apparently the rule still stands… less then two or more then four legs and she doesn’t like them. I thought I was brilliant they really were beautiful animals. 

On the Sunday we got up early and had a little look around. Had breakfast in a nice little café and got on the train to go back to England it was such a good weekend but I feel I have to stress this point. Cold very Cold. I thought England was bad. It has nothing on this place I thought my toes had fallen off and were still in my shoe it was that cold. I didn’t think I could go without mentioning the fact that I am FREAZING and you are all sitting in warm 30 degree temperatures.
